Below you will find information on our clinic, as well was what you can expect from your initial visits to our clinic.

We know your time is valuable, so please take moment to print off our new patient forms (left) and fill them out prior to your visit. Or, if you'd rather, we can supply you with the forms when you come in to the clinic.

Your Initial Visit

Your first visit with Dr. Pitman will include a thorough history, complete Chiropractic, neurologic and orthopedic examination as well as a diagnostic x-ray to locate and diagnose your problem.

Your Follow-Up Visit

Once you have been given the recommendations for care and you have a good understanding of the findings from your exam, we will begin treatment.
